Abe Lincoln Leaded Glass Window from GAR
Outstanding leaded and stained glass round window depicting President Abraham Lincoln standing outdoors on a wood platform in front of the U.S. flag with a raised clenched fist and a finger pointed towards the heavens. It might be an artist interpretation of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address and is most likely from a GAR Post window. It is overall excellent condition with good strong colors and just 2 small glass cracks that are on the border edges and barely noticeable. The leading is VG. The window is mounted in it's original wood frame. The glass measures 18"in diameter. Overall including the wood frame measures 24"in diameter.
