Muravyov Vladimir Leonidovich (1861-1940).

Painter and graphic artist. External student of Academy of Arts since 1881. Studied under M.K. Klodt and Y.Y. Klever. Was a member of Saint-Petersburg Union of Artists and the Union of Russian Aquarellists. Regularly participated in academic exhibitions, many of his works were published in pre-revolutionary periodicals. His one-man show was held in 1983. Since 1922 worked in the Drama theatre. Muravyov’s works are exhibited in many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
