Baryshnikov Revold Vladimirovich (1924-1985).
Painter. Born November 18, 1924 in Kharkov. Graduated: art school (1941), Kharkov Art Institute (1954). Teachers by specialty - S. Besedin, G. Tomenko. He worked in the industry of easel painting, a master of thematic paintings on military-patriotic themes. Member of the National Union of Artists (1960). Honored Artist of the USSR (1976). Member of the Board of the Kharkov organization of the SCU (1968-1982). Member of the CPSU. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Awarded with medals. He participated in republican since 1957, all-Union from 196 exhibitions. Personal in Kharkov (1987). The works are stored in many Ukrainian museums and private collections.
