The Westdeutsche Beobachter (WB) was a newspaper belonging to the NSDAP in the Cologne-Aachen region . It was founded on May 10, 1925 as a weekly magazine of the NSDAP, appeared daily in Cologne from September 1, 1930 [ 1 ] and was discontinued shortly before the end of the Second World War with the capture of Cologne by US troops in March 1945 .As the official NSDAP party organ, the Westdeutsche Beobachter was characterized by political and radical anti-Semitic campaigns. Its drastic language and image style was based on the anti-Semitic weekly newspaper Der Stürmer . - wikipedia
