expressive, farbintensive Komposition, im unteren Bereich der Schriftzug "Der Igel stirbt - die Schnecken triumphieren", Farbsiebdruck auf Papier und auf Hartfaserplatte kaschiert, außerhalb der Auflage von 60 nummerierten Exemplaren, rechts unten in Blei signiert und datiert "HP Zimmer (19)68", teils Papierverluste und leicht bestoßen, Maße ca. 55 x 69 cm. Künstlerinfo: auch HP Zimmer, dt. Maler und Bildhauer (1936 Berlin bis 1992 Soltau), 1956-57 Studium an der Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg bei Kranz und Johannes Itten, 1957-60 Studium an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München bei Erich Glette, 1958 gründete er zusammen mit Lothar Fischer, Heimrad Prem und Helmut Sturm die Künstlergruppe SPUR, Zusammenschluss der Gruppen SPUR und Wir zur Gruppe Geflecht, 1973 Umzug von München nach Aschau, ab 1982 Professur an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Braunschweig, 1986 Gründung des Instituts für Dämonologische Ästhetik in Braunschweig, Quelle: Wikipedia.

expressive, colour-intensive composition, in the lower area the inscription "Der Igel stirbt - die Schnecken triumphieren", colour screenprint on paper and mounted on hardboard, outside the edition of 60 numbered copies, signed and dated in lead lower right "HP Zimmer (19)68", some paper losses and slightly bumped, dimensions approx. 55 x 69 cm. Artist information: also HP Zimmer, German painter and sculptor. Painter and sculptor (1936 Berlin - 1992 Soltau), 1956-57 studied at the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg under Kranz and Johannes Itten, 1957-60 studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich under Erich Glette, 1958 founded together with Lothar Fischer, Heimrad Prem and Helmut Sturm, founded the SPUR group of artists in 1958, merged the SPUR and Wir groups to form the Geflecht group, moved from Munich to Aschau in 1973, became a professor at the Braunschweig Academy of Fine Arts in 1982, founded the Institute for Demonological Aesthetics in Braunschweig in 1986, source: Wikipedia.
